Cobi 6285 Güterwagen Ommr 32 Linz - Building Blocks Set (584 Pieces)

Cobi 6285 Ommr 32 Linz freight wagon: open wagon with coal

The Cobi freight wagon depicts an open high-sided wagon of the Ommr 32 Linz design in reddish-brown. Black chassis support the long wagon body, which contains a load of coal. The Cobi 6285 stands on a grey piece of track. A worker with a shovel and a soot-covered face completes the scene.

• Display track included in the set
• Detailed coal load and loose pieces of coal
• Printed worker figure with shovel
• 1:35 scale matches other Cobi railway models
• Long display model for railway fans

Are the bricks of the Cobi 6285 compatible with my existing building blocks and trains?

Yes, but only the bricks. The Cobi 6285 is built from standard-sized building blocks, so figures and parts from other brands are compatible. However, the wagon does not run on building block railway tracks. In the large 1:35 scale, it is a display model on its own piece of track.

How long does it take to build the Cobi 6285?

The Cobi freight wagon takes one to two evenings to build. First, the track and chassis are built, followed by the wagon floor and high side walls. Finally, you fill it with coal. The printed instructions clearly show every step.

Is the Cobi 6285 suitable for children?

No. The Cobi 6285 is a Historical Collection collector's model for teenagers and adults. It is intended for display, not for playing on a layout. Railway enthusiasts like to line up the Cobi freight wagon behind a suitable locomotive.
