5821 - S-102 Czechoslovak A (Cobi)

The S-102 is a licensed MiG-15 fighter aircraft (Russian: ???-15) produced in Czechoslovakia. The production of jet-powered fighter aircraft was a major qualitative leap for the USSR's industry. Soon, the production capacities for these advanced fighters were moved to Czechoslovakia and Poland.
The S-102 was originally manufactured at the Rudy Letov plant and, from 1953 onwards, at Aero Vodochody. The MiG-15 became a Soviet export hit and was used by European countries dependent on the USSR as well as by countries in Asia and Africa. Aircraft of this type took part in many conflicts, gaining their greatest fame during the Korean War, where they fought in the skies against their American counterpart, the North American F-86 "Sabre".

The model of the S-102 (MiG-15) aircraft in the historic colors of Czechoslovakia
was designed in 1:32 scale and consists of 504 high-quality elements. All markings and inscriptions on the model are prints that do not wear off during use. The set has movable elements such as wheels and an opening cockpit, in which we can place a great figure of a Czechoslovak pilot. The set includes a display stand with a plate featuring the name of the set and the national insignia. Thanks to the intuitive instructions with clear symbols, assembly is easy. The aircraft is a must-have for all fans of aviation, the military, and military technology. It is also a perfect addition to the Armed Forces, Cold War, and Korean War collections. In this series, we have also released the MiG-15 aircraft in the Soviet version and the Polish LIM-1.
The set was manufactured entirely in Poland in the European Union.
