Balody 18400 Stegosaurus - Diamond Building Block Set (1318 Pieces)

Balody 18400 Stegosaurus: Herbivore with Yellow Plates

The Balody 18400 Stegosaurus depicts the well-known herbivore on four sturdy legs. Its body is bright green, with dark green spots running along its arched back. Yellow bony plates rise from its back, while white spikes sit at the end of its tail. The small head with a pink mouth gives the Balody 18400 a friendly expression.

• Yellow back plates add a bold splash of color
• Spotted skin made of many individual colored dots
• Sturdy four-legged stand, no base required
• Great companion for other prehistoric figures
• Friendly design for the children's room or office shelf

Are the bricks of the Balody 18400 compatible with my existing building blocks?

No. The Balody 18400 uses Diamond bricks, which are a unique, particularly small format. Neither standard nor mini bricks fit this grid. This is precisely what makes the Stegosaurus's armor look so three-dimensional, as each plate consists of many fine layers.

How complex is the build of the Balody 18400?

The Balody Stegosaurus is a multi-stage building project. With 1,318 pieces, it offers plenty of building time, and you'll find the pieces more quickly if they are sorted by color. First, the legs and torso are built, followed by the head, tail, and finally the yellow plates. Building instructions are included and show every step.

Is the Balody 18400 suitable for children?

Yes. According to the manufacturer, the Balody 18400 is intended for primary school-aged children. However, the tiny bricks require a delicate touch, so building together with parents works best. Once completed, the dino will stand securely on the shelf and serve as a reminder of every visit to the museum.
